FOLLOWING BASIC DIMENSIONS ARE REQUIRED TO MANUFACTURE THE CHROME LEATHER FRICTION BELT FOR YOUR FRICTION SCREW PRESS.
• OD = Flywheel outer diameter in mm.
• HT =Height of the friction belt in mm.
• W =Width of the belt required in mm.
• CD = Bottom flange / collar depth in mm.
• F = Friction belt locking ring.
• Make, model & capacity of the Friction screw press. .
• Whether the friction Belt locking ring Part “F” Fixed or
it can be taken off before mounting the leather friction ring. (Removable or Not)
• Whether Your Two Friction Discs are adjustable or not
SPECIAL FRICTION BELT WAX OIL:
For extended life, to maintain the sore hardness, Friction and smooth operation of the chrome leather friction belt, we recommend and supply our specially formulated “30Kncf special friction belt oil” available in 5, 10., 20, 35 Ltrs., containers. (Instruction towards usage & application of the “30Kncf special friction belt oil” will be given supplied separately along with the oil)
